Judging Criteria

Judges read and pre-score all entry forms, considering the structure, presentation and clarity of each section and the supporting materials submitted. Judges score each section on the entry form and these scores will be combined to give an overall score for each entry. All judges pre-scores will be combined, and the highest-scoring entries will determine the shortlist.

Winners are determined at a Judge session, where judges will discuss the shortlist and agree on a winner for each category.

Website Awards

The judges will be looking for clear objectives, creative and effective implementation and tangible and demonstrable results.

Section headings are:

  • Website overview & strategy
  • Implementation, Innovation, Creativity and Conversion
  • Results & evaluation of results
  • Why do you think you should win?

Innovation/Software/Extension Awards

The Judges will be looking for a clear description of an outstanding innovation or software product.

Section headings are:

  • Overview of innovation/software/extension
  • Total budget
  • Existing problems and target audience
  • USP and features
  • Key Metrics
  • Why should your innovation/software/extension win?

Campaign/Initiative/App Awards

The judges will be looking for clear objectives, creative and effective implementation and tangible and demonstrable results.

Section headings are:

  • Objectives & budget
  • Target audience & strategy
  • Implementation & creativity
  • Details of the challenges faced and how they were overcome
  • Results & evaluation
  • Why should your campaign/initiative/app win?

Agency/Team/Individual Awards

Judges will be looking for teams and agencies that can demonstrate an ongoing and sustained commitment to delivering best practice while showing a creative and innovation approach innovative approach to eCommerce.

Section headings are:

  • Overview of the agency/team/individual
  • Agency/team/individual objectives
  • Recent work examples
  • Details of recent achievements
  • Details of any challenges faced and overcome

Everyone at Skai was excited to learn that we are a finalist at this year’s European Commerce Awards for Best eCommerce Software or Extension of the Year! This is a fantastic honour and opportunity for others to recognise the mountain of work our teams have put in over the years.
Something amazed us today... MyPostcard was shortlisted as a finalist in the European eCommerce Awards as one of the best E-Commerce B2C Websites of the year. We are incredibly proud to have received this major recognition for our efforts, particularly as a young company.
Working on the application for EU eCommerce Awards we gathered a lot of information and summarised all important issues and projects. It was another occasion for concluding and making plans for the future. We realised we want to continue this activity and share our enthusiasm in further contests.
