Brought to you by Don’t Panic Awards specialists and Space 48 the eCommerce agency for ambitious businesses that want to transform their eCommerce experience, the Awards celebrate website creativity and technology, software and innovation, eCommerce campaigns and of course the teams and agencies who benchmark for the industry.
The story behind the rebrand.
Having decided we wanted to give the Awards a fresh and clean ‘new look’ the Don’t Panic design team explored the eCommerce industry for ideas. This process led to the compilation of mood boards that included colour palettes and iconography that worked towards the development of a modern, streamlined design that was appropriate for both awards.
James Harding and Kyle Harding from the design team then set out to pitch ideas to each other, a mini in-house competition so to speak. Finally, one design stood out, a stylised version of the eCommerce shopping cart. Using the concept, the team then collaborated to create 2 potential options to pitch to the management teams at Don’t Panic and Space 48.
And so we have it! Sticking with the original eCommerce colour palette, we deliver, quite literally (via the shopping cart) the new eCommerce branding and logo.
