Who we are?

Panda Group Magento eCommerce Development Agency operating worldwide and located in Poznań, Poland since 2013. At that time two friends Szymon Niedziela and Krzysztof Ratajczyk graduated from IT studies at the same university and decided to take real actions towards their dreams to come true – delivering outstanding technical support for growing e-commerce businesses with the Magento platform!
Technicians are often intimidating and it’s not uncommon to experience communication issues with and within the IT team. Technical people speak in their own language that only they understand which can make them seem cold or unapproachable at first glance. There is no way anyone else will ever truly know what goes on inside someone’s head when you’re talking about technology-related things all day long! Not in this case…
Coherence and respect
Those guys are coherent and open-minded, with clear goals and values they share and follow consequently. Panda Group is composed of people with different backgrounds, most of them are IT professionals, but also social and linguistic science experts cooperating together for years already. As Panda Group realizes that the Project team require various skills and knowledge to become successful and innovative for the customers’ sake.
Innovation and cooperation
All team members present an R&D approach focused on customer success and realise it leads to the company and individual profits. We cooperate in a win-win strategy, delivering values and profiting from mutual experience and knowledge sharing.
We convert clients into business partners and work together for a long time with 6 years of average cooperation time. Having trusted technical e-commerce support lowers costs and risks and empowers the Ecommerce managers in business development rather than technical background securing.
Long-lasting cooperation requires innovative solutions tailored to the client’s individual situation. The technology stack is composed to fulfil the long-term business strategy.
Employer Branding based on work-life balance
Employer branding is consequently subordinate to individual and company development and customer success. Project team members are active innovators proposing and testing solutions, and sharing knowledge. In this spirit, we can offer our clients the highest standards and valuable services making their business ideas real.
Pandas are free in ideas sharing and implementation but also in integrations and tone of voice in social media. These fields are totally democratic, everybody decides what activity and when want to participate. Remote work makes us more willing to meet and have fun together offline.

In Panda, we truly believe in work-life balance. We value a sense of humour and a relief zone, which helps with productive work. Panda is putting a value on teamwork but also on each individual member.
We also decide together what information and news will be published on social media. We want the message to be natural and authentic to show the real picture of ourselves and our work.
We demonstrate our professional and everyday activities, hobbies and interests in a totally authentic manner. This approach is unique and we appreciate that. It makes everybody impactful and influential and encourages to express individual voice as it is always respected.

Why do we apply for EU eCommerce Awards?
Recently we have realised that sometimes it’s good to speak loudly and show off, especially when it’s worth spreading a positive message. The general situation is not easy and full of negative information with the economic crisis, pandemia and wars affecting our everyday lives. We would like to show that it may inspire even better performance and make us focused on overcoming individual and general difficulties, finding solutions and winning for a better future.
That is why we decided to start in the EU E-commerce Awards contest in the category EUROPEAN E-COMMERCE MEDIUM AGENCY OF THE YEAR presenting all our achievements and values, as we want to make them popular and accessible for all businesses. We want to build a culture of trust and knowledge sharing for business development respecting all partners and participants. Let’s do it together!
We want more positive experiences
Working on the application for EU eCommerce Awards we gathered a lot of information and summarised all important issues and projects. It was another occasion for concluding and making plans for the future. We realised we want to continue this activity and share our enthusiasm in further contests.
Message about being on the shortlist was one of the most positive experiences in the last few months. We would like to thank you for appreciating our application and declare supporting such initiatives in the coming future!
